Welcome to my web site. I am Dr. Cheng. First, I would like to tell you a little bit about myself.

I Graduated from the Beijing Chinese Medical in 1983 and began to work at China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences which is the most prestigious research hospital in the field of traditional Chinese medicine. My specialty was in Acupuncture. I engaged in all the aspects of clinical practicing, academic teaching and lab research.

Among tens of thousands of my patients, they included females with infertility problem; males with sexual disfunction; people with Neurasthenia, Neurosis, the elderly with age-related diseases, cancer patients of all stages, and etc.. Through my research and clinical practice, I found out that Acupuncture has special effects on cancer patients which to help them recovery from radiotherapy and chemotherapy. My outstanding performance awarded me “the patients' most favorite Doctor ” of the hospital.

At that time, I was also commissioned by the Chinese Ministry of Health to teach the international acupuncture class for the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).

From 1991 to 1993, I practiced clinical acupuncture in Russia for two years. Since 1996, I moved to the United States to continue acupuncture practice in many big cities such as New York, Philadelphia, and etc. During those time, I studied the difference between western patients and Chinese patients, and developed some techiniques specially suited for western patients.

In year 2002, I moved in Atlanta and started my own clinic soon after.

During my 24 years clinic practices and lab research experiences, I treated more than a hundred thousand patients.  Most of my patients receive good results through the treatments.

Just a reminder, the results of traditional Chinese Medical treatments, besides of the conditions of individual patients, highly rely on who is the physician, what techniques he uses and how many experiences he has on previouse cases. Practising acupuncture , specially, requires proficient techniques, rich experiences and keen knowledge which made an elder physician to be an ideal choice.
